We installed 230 augercast piles, 45 feet deep, at a Miami Beach condo property. The pilings shown (below, left) have been excavated and are ready for chipping. Chipping means that we will ship the concrete off the piles to a predetermined height, leaving only the steel exposed.

In the second image (below, right) you can see a sheet piling cofferdam that we installed for this job. The barrier was 382 linear feet, 35-40 feet deep.
