This project is for Aerial Crossing at Hillsboro Canal. The project called for sheet piling, concrete piling and concrete cap! The concrete piles we manufactured by DLS. They are 14” x 14” x 50’ (DOT Type Piles).

These are pictures for 14” x 14” x 35’ prestressed pilings we manufactured being transported on a flat rack from our yard to the port. They were then placed on a barge to for transportation to Bimini, Bahamas. We have manufactured several hundred piles and counting for various projects in Bimini. We manufacture prestressed concrete piling to be sent all over the country as well as all over the world. Our piles have reached as far as Guyana.

This is a project for SFWMD we are working in Florida City. This is a partial part of the project. The first picture is the piles we manufactured for this project after delivery to job site. The second picture is the installation in progress. The third picture is the completion of the installation for this portion. We will have a total of (7) 14” x 14” x 41’ concrete piles.

After more than two years, we have completed this project. The video on our Facebook page shows walkways on top of our concrete piling and the installation of steel sheet piling by the pump station. Also in the video are some concrete piling and wood piles installed in the water and on land for signage.

We first wrote about this project a year ago with an update to that piece just a few months ago. It is an ongoing project we are working on for the South Florida Water Management District.
The project includes steel sheet piling, prestressed concrete piles and timber piles for several levees in Loxahatchee.

This project was for City of Tamarac. It included (2) canal embankments. We installed approximately 70 wall feet for each embankment as well as installing aluminum sheet piling, Prestressed concrete piling and a concrete cap.
